The composition of medical face masks involves using new material PP non-woven fabric for the inner and outer layers. In between these layers is a highly effective filtration material - melt-blown non-woven fabric. This specific design ensures that even small particles and fine dust can be effectively filtered by the mask.
The face masks for medical purposes offer enhanced protective effect as they are designed to be comfortable, breathable, hygienic, and soft. They also have good ductility, allowing them to easily conform to the curvature of the face without getting easily deformed.
The complete automation of the machine ensures that the medical face masks are produced efficiently. By utilizing ultrasonic high temperature, the two ends of the ear strap undergo a process of welding and pressing. As a result, the connection between the ear strap and the mask piece is strong, providing excellent tensile force and reducing the likelihood of detachment.
We ensure that each medical face mask is manufactured in a standardized dust-free workshop to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Additionally, we individually package each mask for convenience and safety. Customers can choose between two packaging options: 10 pieces per bag or 50 pieces per bag. Moreover, we offer customization of the packaging method based on specific customer requirements.
The filtration effect of medical face masks is mainly provided by the melt blown cloth used in their design. This material utilizes the electrostatic layer's adsorption function to prevent dust and other harmful substances, resulting in a filtration capability of more than 95%. As a result, the mask's filtering efficiency has been significantly enhanced, while the wearer's respiratory resistance has been reduced to a minimum.
